The main part of the device:

(1)reactor: Using Q345 boiler steel and the thickness is 16mm.

(2)oil reacting tank:The first step for preciptating.

(3)depositing tank:The second step for preciptating so that the oil gas will be refined.

(4)oil tank:It's used to store the crude oil

(5)cooing pipe:The oil gas will be cooled down and become liquid oil finaly.

(6)gas seperate:The impurities will deposit at the bottom of the gas seperate.

(7)impact deduster collector:The first step to clear the impurities.

(8)water film cyclone:The second step to clear the impurities.

(9)chimney:The smoke without pollutants will release into the air from the chimney.

(2)The energy saving is an obvious feature of our device.After two hours' burning you don't have to add any fuel,because the waste gas from the burning will be used to be the new fuel and then you will save your fuels.

(3)Eenvironmental protection is another advantage of our machine.Our machines have two steps to remove dust.The first dust removal equipment is impact deduster collector and the second step to remove dust is to use the water film cyclone.Through this two times dust removal,the clean gas finaly release into the air.

(4)Safety is the most important.In order to ensure the safe operaion ,our device set up safe equipments,such as  

alarm, safety valves, thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve. 

The fuel the machine using are coal and wood.A recycle need 200kg-600kg coal or wood.The dosage accord to the size of the machine.
